The firm was formerly registered under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana in 1967 as a sole Practitioner, but was later in 2014 incorporated under the private partnership Act of 1962 as Christian Fosu & Associates and currently managed by two seasoned practitioners.

CFA & ASSOCIATES, (Chartered Accountants) was initially registered under the Laws of the Republic of Ghana in 1967 as Christian Fosu & Co. but was in 2014 incorporated under the Private Partnership Act 152 of 1962 as Christian Fosu & Associates (CFA) and now re-registered as CFA & Associates.
CFA & Associates is a firm of Chartered Accountants, licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants that is currently being managed by two Seasoned Practitioners and assisted by other Professional Accountants and Consultants. We are “CLASS B1” Chartered Accountants firm as per ICA classifications.
Our practice is led by a Managing Partner and Head of Quality Assurance and Review, who are licensed Practitioners with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). We have client-focused staff that have specialist knowledge in various disciplines, including audit, accounting, tax, business advisory, training , management consulting , human resource management and computerised system audit.
We are also associated with specialized firms and individual consultants in the fields of Supply Chain Management (i.e. Procurement), Law, Engineering , Real Estate Management, Accounting Software experts and Academia for capacity building. They are available as subject matter experts for our firm any time the need arises.
